Information we collect
When you order an AI Birth Certificate™ or contact us, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, organization and the details of the AI agent you are documenting. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full payment card details.
How we use information
We use submitted information to produce and deliver your certificate, to communicate with you about your order, and to respond to inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
Public listings
Certificate details are not published unless you separately choose to list your agent in the free public directory at AI Agent Census™ (aiagentcensus.com), which is optional and governed by its own policies.
Data retention
We retain certificate records so that issued certificates can be verified, reissued or corrected. You may request deletion of your personal contact information by emailing info@aibirthcertificates.com.
